Pension – From your start date you can join either the Teachers Pension Scheme or the West Yorkshire Pension Scheme. Contributions are made based on your salary scale.
Pay and Conditions– the college has adopted both the ‘Burgundy Book’ and the Standard Teachers Pay and Conditions document for Teachers and the ‘Green Book’ for support staff.
Annual Leave – for support staff annual leave starts at 26 days a year and increases on five years’ service.
